Damian,I fly FS9.1 and FSX SP2 on my main MSFS machine. I've got ASX+XG and ASv6+GEPro and XPAX installed on the client PC. All work fine. What is the right method to upgrade to ASA?Thanks,Dirk.

Yes me too.. I use ASV6 for FS9 and ASX for FSX. Which version do I need to buy to upgrade both?...And do I really need to upgrade, is the new version significantly better and therefore will it make the FS immersion even better?cheersKeith

Hi,If you have both ASv6 and ASX on your pc then the ASX upgrade route would be the one to take. Once installed ASA will work with both versions of FS.Regards

Ok I'm downloading the full version of asa. I'm on my laptop with FS9. Will I be able to install the same license on an other computer with fsx? Thanks

Interesting release and as an FS9 user I certainly appreciate the dual platform compatibility. I'm also glad to read that it will work with Ground Environment Pro. But what about ActiveSky Graphics? ActiveSky uses ground and sky textures from GE Pro, but cloud textures from ActiveSky Graphics. I have no other cloud texture program. So how will that work? I assume ASA can work with ActiveSky Graphics, but wanted to know for sure before I upgrade. :(

Hi Mike,Using ASA you will allow ASA to generate some snapshots. These snapshots will use the ASG textures. Now, if you want to use the GEP sky textures you will load a snapshot first and then GEP textures. If you want to use the ASG sky textures, you will use GEP first and then load a snapshot. It may look complex, but when you sit down and use things a few times it is as easy as generating texture sets in GEP.Thanks!
