737 hot engine start

Hi, I haven't changed my procedures on the 737NG but for some reasons I keep getting hot starts when starting the engines. That means after switching the cutoff switch to start (N2 >20%), EGT rises above 725

One more thing...The AC packs are supposed to be turned off but I suppose you didn't need to be reminded (and I don't know if the impact is modelled in the sim either...)Rgds,Bruno
