Black Screens!

Hello There!!I Downloaded the PDMG 747 and 747F and after the install when i load the Freighter the monitors going black in 29 seconds...I reinstall it again and again and same thing,,Any ideas???Panos

Ahoy There,When the panels go black after a few minutes it is usually a validation issue and you need to contact PMDG support and make sure you have your order number and any other information from your purchase order or receipt.
