I've chosen to take the long road in my life. I started out as a graphics student in a regional college, and worked as an artist for several years before doubts about the wisdom of conventional thinking, and experimentation with some serious perceptual deviation led to my psychiatric diagnosis. I was awarded a disability pension and I quickly took advantage of this opportunity to understand what had happened to me by enrolling in a Social Science course at university. After many years of study and a lot of practice writing I am now a fairly coherent individual with an interesting point of view. I have completed my first literary undertaking and am now endeavouring to get it published.

I've lost a lot of things which were dear to me along the road. Fortunately I've not lost the confidence of members of my family, and I've saved enough money to afford my fascination with digital technology. Flight Simulation makes such an interesting use of it, and the internet allows me to connect with people who share this interest with me. Unfortunately I've lost touch with a lot of acquaintances over the years, but I am delighted to be able to stay in touch with the FS community where ever the winding road may take me.

I cherish the time I spend with you guys exchanging views on the message boards, and I hope that you will bear with me when I occasionally ventilate my somewhat unconventional history and outlook.
