The main problem is if you use FS2Crew voice commander, your headset needs to be plugged into the computer where FSX/FS9 is installed. At the same time you need the mic signal to go into the second computer for voice comms. You can't split the microphone signal into two computers in a reasonable way, especially if you have an USB headset in which case it is impossible.
The solution is a little unorthodox, but it works. Buy a small microphone, a tieclip model or similar

and attach it to your headset using duct tape or whatever you can find. Then plug that microphone to your second computer.
You can also try it the other way around if you want to have ATC comms in your headset, but a with low quality microphone Voice Commander recognition may suffer.
